Zusammenfassung

Es wird erstmals über lokale tumorförmige Amyloidose des Ovars in Verbindung mit Endometriose berichtet. Das tumorförmige Amyloid wird als lmmunamyloid identifiziert. Pathogenetische Probleme werden erörtert.

Abstract

A unique case of primary local tumor-forming amyloidosis in the ovary associated with endometriosis is reported. The substance is identified as immunamyloid. Pathogenetic concepts are discussed.
